“Recently ordered a t shirt from this site that turned up damaged, after numerous emails to them I've had no reply. Be warned do not use this site.”

“Dizinga sent me the wrong size sweatshirt 4 weeks ago. They have ignored my e mails and phone calls asking for an exchange, and now a refund. I am furious and I feel robbed of the price of the sweatshirt. I am looking into taking this further. I would NOT recommend anyone trades with them. No starts from me.”

“Have sent numerous emails and left voicemails trying to obtain a Return Authorisation Number but no reply. Very bad service and really not acceptable. I see I am not alone here reading some of the comments below. A reply Dizinga??”

“This company is an absolute JOKE 😡 I have sent sereval emails with an automated reply I’m yet to have a response!!!! I have made phone calls and left messages and still no reply! Even sent a message on messanger! I’m looking to return an item which wasn’t as described on the website and I’m like oking a refund. If I could I give this company 0 stars! From a very dissatisfied customer. Do not order from this company.”

“I've sent 3 emails inquiring my shipment that I got an email from Ben that it has been shipped since June 1 but still I've received nothing. I've gotten NO response aside from automated response system that someone will get back with me. I've just sent 1 more email. NEVER again will I order from this site and will work with my cc card company to stop payment!!!!! If i can give 0 star, that would be it! disgusted!”

“THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FAST ON DELIVERY, THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAILS, AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY PACKAGE AND A RESPONCE FOR ALL MY EMAILS. THEY SUCK! SCAM LIKELY.”

“Faulty product - the logo was already peeling off. I requested a return authorisation number but have been told a replacement is on the way. I do not want another poor quality t-shirt. I want to return the item and get a full refund”

“Worst service I've ever received. I ordered this package nearly a month ago and it was confirmed a few days later, however I never received the package. I have tried emailing customer service three times within this time frame, and they have never responded a single time. I ordered this for Christmas and it never came. Worst service ever.”

“I placed the order and I'm waiting for delivery for 10 days. On the Dizinga website it is written that they complete the order within 3 working days. It was supposed to be a Christmas present :(”

“"Order placed 15/8 email received to say delivery that cost £3.50 would be 5 to 7 days on 19/8, order arrived 4/9. I bought a T shirt for my Wife size medium cost £20. It turns out to be very cheap quality size small at best, made in Honduras. I would send it back but having received all the normal excuses re the late delivery I don't think I will bother. BUT DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!"”

“On April 27 I ordered one shirt, two were sent and I was charged twice. I returned one (at my expense ) on may 17 . I have not received a credit to my account, it is impossible to reach this company. I had planned on ordering other things bot won't now.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered a jersey 3 weeks ago and I even got the payment confirmation of the order in my email. They processed the order and took the money but never sent the shirt. When I emailed customer service to ask why it was taking so long they took 5 days to respond and all they said was that it took 5-7 business days after the order is placed to ship it . That's all the info they gave me. I tried to look up my order status on the login for their website and it says my email is not registered. I emailed them again and this is the 8th day I've been waiting for a response .As long as they take your money they don't care if you get your items . I've never had such a bad experience online shopping. I already want to return something I haven't even received”

“Horrible customer service! Ordered a jumper, a t-shirt and a phone case. The phone case arrived extremely late and the t-shirt was made of bad materials and had stains on it. Have been trying to contact them via phone (always goes straight to voicemail), email, Facebook messager and no feedback. Again, terrible shopping experience and even worst customer service!”

“Cheap, not women's sizing. I ordered a women's hoodie. The photo shows a women's cut hoodie, and the hoodie I got was a regular old men's cut body hoodie. If I knew it was men's sizing, I would have ordered a small and not a medium. Not impressed or happy at all. I also had to send an email in order to have it shipped 12 days after I paid for it... in total it was almost 3 weeks to delivery.”
