“ordered product 2 weeks ago. no sign of the product and no response via email or phone. their voice mail on their support line is also out of use.”

“I order my item on the 21st of December, no item received, they don't answer the phone and have not replied to any of my emails I have sent. Very angry costumer”

“I ordered this 3 weeks ago and still not received it. Tried contacting them through email several times and through twitter and haven't getting 1 reply from them. Seem to be getting ignored by them.”
