“Horrible coverage to high prices. Their customer support is the worst ever, in any business. You cannot be treated worse than from DKV. But of course it does not stop there. They lie, they cheat, they refuse to reimburse, they do not follow their own rules and guidelines. Absolutely horrible and worst experience of any business I have ever had. Do not sign up with them. Even public healthcare is better which says it all.”
“Bad coverage, and even worse customer support. They locked me into a 1y contract when they explicitly said that it was a monthly rolling that I could cancel at any time. They're general CS levels are low as they have no idea how to communicate with customers. Cannot recommend.”
