As I was on holiday I forgot to check the refund had been issued, totally forgot about it until 29/10/23 I recieved the parcel back saying I didn’t return it in time. How ridiculous, it’s 4 months later. ”

“ This company is shocking! They charge for returns and they don’t process the return for 2months. I’ve recently contacted them chasing my return/refund and they replied they are still working on august returns…it’s October next week! They’re quick enough to take your money but god forbid you actually want it back!!!! ”
