The owner previously operated another business that went into administration. Before shutting down, she continued to accept returns and take new orders, yet refused to issue any refunds. As a result, thousands of customers were left significantly out of pocket, many losing hundreds of pounds.
This conduct is highly unethical and deeply disappointing.

Terrible experience with DLSB. Accepted my return when they had already gone into liquidation. Leaving me with no clothes, no money, no proof of return acceptance. Financially ripped off. Discovered returns were being sold as job lots. New company Over-dressed now operating. When I left a review on the page I was immediately blocked. Awful. Avoid.

I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same.

This is the worst company I have ever used. Long delays for returns and have now been notified that they have ceased trading. Still chasing refund 2 months later. Absolutely shocking. If I could give a - rating I would. No wonder they’ve gone under.

Still waiting on a refund from 2 months ago. Whenever I email i just get the same reply so I'm guessing it's automated. Something about them having a back log of returns. And no wonder as their quality and sizing are questionable. Won't ever order again!

It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting.
They keep telling me my return is in a queue.
Absolutely ridiculous!
