Shocking company. Poor quality items and when you return them due to the quality you are expected to wait approximately 2 months for a refund. When you contact them you are sent a standard reply with no explanation as to their dreadful service

Item returned 14/2/23 still no refund .emailed several times to get the same message reply each time ,says 21 days during busy periods bank holidays etc ,this isn’t a busy period ,1 month later still nothing appalling service and don’t understand why they feel the need to keep my money for so long ,won’t be ordering from this company again ,never experienced this from a company ever.

I am still waiting for a refund on an order returned in October.I have proof of return thank goodness as they say it was lost by Royal Mail . They have still not reimbursed me,please do not buy anything from this company.customer service is non existent and in responsive,I am now seeking legal advice out of pure desperation and principle

Absolutely appalling service- shoes burst after having them on 1/2 an hour, took me a month to get them to send me a returns label, 3 months on I’m still waiting on my refund.

Poor customer service. Bought a dress early June 2023, didn’t fit right so decided to return, filled in their returns portal and sent the item back well within 28 days (was about 7 days later). As I was on holiday I forgot to check the refund had been issued, totally forgot about it until 29/10/23 I recieved the parcel back saying I didn’t return it in time. How ridiculous, it’s 4 months later.

Return confirmed 6th Sept, its now 25th Oct & still no refund. Absolutely ridiculous the service provided, constantly having to chase up for non satisfactory outcome. Not to mention the next day delivery service i used, 5 days later & had to chase for items to be dispatched. WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

Avoid at all cost!! Same as the other reviews, terrible customer service!6 weeks and still no refund issued!!! Never again!!!!!

Contact off them is terrible never get a reply no refund at min and waited the 21 working days which they stated also paid for next day delivery once never came on time could blame the courier but it wasn’t it just wasn’t despatched considering I ordered well before the 3pm as stated I can order off other sites just before 11pm and I receive it next day emailed them about it no reply whatsoever and that was months ago customer service is terrible they never seem to reply used to order loads off them but not so much now as the waiting time to get your money back is terrible
