While the customer support team responds, the communication is largely standardized, with limited authority to make decisions or provide practical solutions. This creates a cycle of repetitive responses without real progress. Escalation options are unclear, and reaching a decision maker or management level for meaningful review appears nearly impossible.
What is most concerning is the lack of flexibility in handling exceptional situations, which can leave business owners in very difficult positions, especially when urgent matters such as visa processes or company closure are involved.
I strongly advise anyone considering setting up with DMCC to fully understand all obligations, potential liabilities, and worst case scenarios in advance. The system is strictly enforced, and once issues arise, resolving them can be far more difficult than expected.
There is significant room for improvement in transparency, escalation procedures, and empowering support teams to handle cases with more practical judgment rather than rigid responses.”
