“We hired DNAkids for a virtual party for our son. Sadly, my son was sad and disappointed after the party (instead of happy and overjoyed). The entertainer was very poor. He had a simple banner behind him, a window with plenty of light coming through, and lots of personal stuff stocked in front of the window. He couldn't engage with kids well. He looked a bit stressed. He read a lot from the paper. What's worse- during the Scavenger Hunt game, he was counting points (instead of awarding them to everyone and make everyone happy) and birthday boy lost the game. That was the only game to win during the party. I thought the virtual party is about making the birthday boy feel special or at least make him and all guests equally happy. The were few other issues during the party. Sadly, we cannot give a positive review.”
