“I’m afraid Dobbies (Dalkeith) has really gone downhill in last 5 years. It seems to have expanded its empire/floor space to fit in even more Christmas tat and expensive household gifts - plus the added bonus of a 25-minute wait in a queue if you require a light snack and/or coffee. Disappointing”

“after buying on line, Begonia Seeds - Parisienne Trailing Mixed 6 packets of seeds ,,, not one has come all other seeds germinated indoors front sunny bedroom, have contacted Dobbies few emails back and for still no replacement,,, will not be using them again my average spend £200 give or take a year,, very poor customer service where it was so good??? account num 2936206”
