“The Settledown 2 Door Waterproof Dog Crate Cover fits well over our dog crate and is well made with good ventilation. Our dog seem much more settled when he goes to bed or wants to hide away and have a knap during the day. We intend that he will get used to it now [January] so that in the summer we will close it up to prevent him from waking too early.”

“Bought the latest doggie tag for our 15 week old puppy in time for her first walk outside. looks lovely on her and not too large for her size. I bought one for our other dog not long ago and have had to order another as he lost it while out roaming as we live in the countryside, he likes to chase after pheasants and deer. (doesn't ever catch anything), but think the ring you supplied was too weak, hence losing the tag, so have ordered stronger keyrings/split rings for the one I've just ordered from you as a replacement.”

“Dog bed as described, delivered promptly. My only criticism is that there was an enormous amount of plastic wrapping, about 3 times as much as needed I think. Not good for the environment!”

“Excellent customer service, called me to say the colour I ordered wasn't in stock but would be within the next few weeks and offered me alternative colours or a refund, and apologised. The colour I wanted came in and it got delivered quicker than I expected. Happy with their customer service and a call, not just a blanket email.”
