“Needed dog cage in a hurry to collect rescue dog and ordered within their delivery time frame. Delivery arrived on time but not what was ordered. Phoned and spoke to Haley who did nothing to help get the right item to us on time even though it was their mistake. Luckily the cage arrived half an hour before we were due to collect dog but only because the courier was running early. Sadly, the cage was damaged quite badly and it is cheaply made and constructs badly but we had no choice other than to accept delivery and use it. Were given a 20% refund but that didn’t make up for truly awful ‘customer service’ and poor quality product. Oh and by the way - if you don’t like rattling and squeaky noises in the car while you’re driving, don’t buy this dog cage.”

“A good website and range of products. Helpful when telephoned. The tail gate lock works well and is easy to fit when you use common sense as the instructions are very badly written in poor and inaccurate English.”

“Batteries were fine I paid eight pounds on a sixteen pound order for next day delivery it didn't arrive but when I booked over the phone I asked for next day was told if I paid for special delivery it would be but they refused to refund divery”

“The crate cover is very strong, good quality, well made and fits well. It arrived in just a couple of days from ordering. If I have one complaint, the tabs to hold the cover in place are not strong enough to secure the cover in a strong wind so we had to improvise.”

“I have been getting the peanut butter bubbles for months, Rolo absolutely loves chasing them, you could say he is nuts about them, it’s so easy to order and the delivery is quick to arrive, good job as we need to buy them regularly”

“I was very pleased with my dogs beds. I hope they will look good and wear well for a long time, as it would be worth paying out a lot of money for them. I usually only pay about £35 for a dogs bed, but they don’t last for very long.”
