“Both products are as advertised and good quality (after paying delivery charges I could have purchased the refill spray cheaper locally). My only problem with the car vent lock is that for may vehicle the 'hooked' end is very tight to get in and out.”

“Rosie was very efficient and understanding about my need for a replacment for my horrible Kong crate. My intermediate heavy duty crate is excellent. Very secure, and well constructed. The delivery was incredibly prompt. I would like to pass on my best wishes to the delivery guy. We had a little chat, I think he will remember. Just a point, I wish the crate was a little heavier. My little man has found a way to nudge it out of the way and gallop up the stairs, when I use it as a barrier.On the other hand it is very easy for me to slide around when I want to put it in a different position. Very pleased with the way it is manufactured.”
