“New lead is brilliant, especially with the soft pull option. Not impressed with Hermes, the delivery company, who indicated that they would deliver the package on a Sunday. It turned out that they don't actually deliver on Sundays, but by the time I discovered that, I had waited in all day. Also, there was no indication of what was inside the package, and I was waiting for several deliveries at the time.”
