“The items I ordered were just as hoped but the delivery was appalling. I paid extra for speedy delivery. Order placed on Sunday, items arrived on Friday. The company used were not contactable only by email (even though two phone numbers are on website, both unobtainable!). On ensuring the box was put in a safe place it was also decided by the website that the delivery would be delayed by a day. All in all very disappointing.”

“You replaced our dog's lost favourite toy super-fast: great service. Please note that the illustration shows a nobbly-wobbly ball exactly like the one we lost whereas the ones you supplied have narrower rubber bands and weigh less. The dog loves them and finds them easier to catch in mid-air, so in our opinion they're a superior product.”

“Bought a premium cage and expected good quality. The cage it self is good and strong pity tray was garbage thin plastic and and it was cracked in corner so had to use own tray”
