“Both the products were up to the usual standard we expect as a long standing customer. However, the delivery by Hermes was another story. Twice the order was dispatched promptly by Doggie Solutions only to be returned by Hermes for no given reason or contact causing us considerable inconvenience. The staff at Doggie Solutions were exceptionally helpful and agreed to send the order by Royal Mail which arrived the next day. In future we will not be ordering from suppliers who use Hermes as we have had a long history of very poor service from them.”

“The Danish design cushion is well worth the money, as soon as I put the cushion in my cats beds they went right in and settled down, they look so comfy, would definitely recommend these cushions, Doggie Solutions is a great site for your pets needs, I recommend this site too.”

“This fitted our Lab well but I have bought it for the winter so I can’t comment on its performance yet. I wanted to view the product before purchase but was not permitted to do so because of the COVID-19, but Doggie Solutions were very efficient and delivery very quick.”
