“Description said suitable for German Shepherds. But my wife and I were removed from our flight after Port Health & Public Protection deemed the crate too small. We were left stranded at Heathrow.”

“Just the right size chews, too short and dog swallows most, too fat and chew wasted as more swallowed without chewing. these keep my dog happy and teeth healthy and they are not too skinny and mean. this is why I keep re-ordering them.”

“Ordered the same dog harness twice with several months apart and on both occasions your website allowed me to order it, pay for it only to be told a week later it’s out of stock and you’ll be refunding my money!
