“I ordered dog bones and 2 days later I was sent a Hermes tracking number which didn't work and said they hadn't received the package yet. For 3 days I tried and it still hadn't received my order.Had to put in a Paypal dispute to get a refund.”

“It's a lovely playpen, but sadly it arrived rusted and discoloured (the copper was coming through in many places), and a few of the metal bars were bent or welded poorly. It's usable, but not completely up to scratch.”

“Being a cat owner (actually, seven cats!), I don’t usually visit dog related sites. However, I needed a large rubber mat to protect my wooden floor which was continually being soaked by one cat who likes to put his front paws in his water fountain. I came across Doggie Solutions and they had just what I needed. The mat is just perfect. Buying from the company was easy, delivery was prompt and all round, an excellent transaction,”
