“Very quick service, & helped me out with another order that the courier had lost- soon sorted it. Re the dog bed I bought...well it's the only dog bed ever that says "hand wash" on it...is that a joke?”

“Good sturdy product...only issue, one of the phone numbers was incorrect...and as this was also on the invoice a bit of a shame...but as there is a second number (correct) seemed a bit silly to return... Would re order if necessary but double check the numbers were correct another time”

“The woodland owl dog bed was too small for my dog, so dog and I went to Doggie Solutions to exchange it, which they were happy to do. They also replaced a flimsy dog tag for a more durable one.”
