“I haven't received my coat yet,as they are having some problems with the deliveries,the staff are keeping me updated with my order all the time, I've received emails and a lovely phone call,so please be patient if you have to ring them or email,they are doing there upmost to sort things out,And I can't wait to get my little dogs coat and do a review on it.”

“Contact with customer services was very quick to answer my query with regards to delivery. Very efficient and polite response. When the goods arrived I am pleased to say the dog tags were exactly what I was looking for and very good quality products. Personalised engraving is nice and clear and well done.
