“I ordered on 27 October 2020, and received an e-mail to say my money had been taken from my account - this was from a processing company. I did not receive any confirmation of the order or an invoice, or the goods, so earlier today, after 9 days patience, I e-mailed Doggie Solutions asking for information and 5 hours later am awaiting a reply. So I am interested that they claim to resolve queries in less than an hour.”

“Delivery arrived promptly as communication had advised. However packaging was insufficient, a plastic delivery bag, for it’s contents - 2 vet beds and a ribbed floor protector mat, so had split. Also the mat smelt very strongly of rubber and was not packed separately so had permeated the vet beds preventing immediate use. Disappointed Service and pricing good but more thought needs to be put into the packaging as it detracts from the products and so overall customer experience.”

“My order arrived quickly, I had ordered that same coat a few years ago. But the sizing had changed and coats did not fit. A quick call to the office and coats were returned and I received a full refund within a few days. Thank you. The search for a new coat continues.”
