“I ordered a raincoat which came up to large. Doggie Solutions were very helpful in reordering a smaller one and explaining how to get a refund. Unfortunately the small one was too small so I have had to send both items back! customer service can’t be faulted though.”

“The crate is extremely sturdy and ideal for my GSD puppy. I didn’t receive any correspondence regarding my order to start with but it had gone to my spam folder so don’t forget to check there if you have no acknowledgement.”

“Good product at a reasonable price and prompt delivery, only criticism is that the hole in the disc needs to be bigger to accommodate a thicker and stronger ring, as the one supplied is too small and too thin.”
