“I have been sent a request to review my experience 8 days after placing the order when my order hasn't actually arrived yet! There has been no communication as to why my order is delayed. I am disappointed.”

“It took me an age to decide what bed to buy and from whom to buy it having looked in my local shops and not found what I was looking for. I pondered a while over should I or shouldn't I spend such a lot of money on a bed for my dogs when they will not budge from the sofa. I found this bed offered on Doggie Solutions site and well, bought it. It came within a couple of days and its a fab bed and just as they advertised it. I would whole heartedly recommend this site and this bed. My dogs have decamped to the lovely bed. Many thanks.”

“Well the refills are good value for money for 3 but don't fit my anti barking collars so I paid for something that don't work unless I can get something to fit over the nossles which is slightly smaller to use”

Hi Christine We have not found a collar that these refills do not work with, I would imagine there may be a problem with your filler valve on your collar. “My lovely big doggie crate was delivered very quickly, by day 3. I received a rext to tell me what time it was being delivered which was brill because it came after I had finished work and meant I didnt have to rely on a neighbour to take it in. :)”

“Very fast service and good quality products. I really liked the dinosaur dog toy which came free with the bed. My only criticism is that I thought I was getting 3 free toys as it stated the dinosaur toys were plural. Perhaps you can change this to - toy?”
