“Took a long time for delivery and there was very little guidance about which size to buy for the dog you have in terms of the tailgate lock, which would be very easy to do. On the whole the service was ok.”

“I would have left 5 stars but for my psychological grudge in having to pay postage on top of the substantial cost of such items when so very many other website retailers offer free delivery.”

“Repeat item (I've bought one before) was as expected. The ring to hang the tag on is a bit thin to be honest though.”

“Its a great solution for very slow walking as part of intensive rehabilitation programme for my young vizsla so he does not embrace the dressage trot vizsla's are so well renowned for however I would have given five stars its simply that I have managed to unravel the collar and so it does not go on the same way now _ it maybe my error DSeago”

“Too early to tell if the Dog really likes it and how well it wears!”

“The bed itself is great. My beef is that I bought medium and a medium mattress. Beware, thats a mistake.. you need the large mattress for a medium bed. Result is that I have had to return mattress at my expense, so its not now a very competative price.”

“Minto's last ball disintegrated and he had really loved it, so I was delighted to track down the same kind of ball on your website. Now he's a happy poodle again with a nobbly wobbly to play with. Happy dog makes for happy owner. Thank you!”
