“The product arrived well packaged and well wrapped. On opening the product was well presented with clear engraving on the tag. All the colours were correct and given that it was over Easter week the product arrived in good time, way before the suggested arrival date when ordering. Overall very satisfied with the product and works well with the collar we have for our dogs.”

“The tag is good solid brass and should not wear thru like the previous tags I have bought, as long as the ring clip lasts, this tag should last her many a year.”

“Not received it yet. Had an email over a week ago to say it's on its way but when I click to track it, all I get is a message saying they are still waiting to receive it from the sender? At least, I am guessing this is the package I'm still waiting for (Hermes)? Update: finally received it, but no updates from seller.”
