“I placed an order on 11/12/21. On 11/15/21 I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. My order never arrived and when I track my package with the USPS tracking #, it tells me the label was created on 11/15 but they still have not received the package. This was my first and my last order with this company! Of course they immediately billed my credit card! I sent them a message and have not heard back. I sent another message tonight. If I get no response, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card! Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company!”
