“We used Dogtainers to transport our dog from Estonia to Australia. Emma from Dogtainers was there every step of the way. She was polite, friendly, understanding, sympathetic. Everything you need when transporting your furrbaby. During our dogs quarantine we had some additional requests and she was onto things straight away. She attempted to everything on timely manner and advised us along the way. Thank you Emma!”

“From my initial contact with Rheannon on the phone to Chrissy collecting Cooper and Monte they were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. To the person who deliver the dogs from the airport at midnight to their destination, I appreicate you going out of your way in doing this. Thank you all.”

“After tracking Buddy's flight from Melbourne and once it landed in Sydney it was countdown on his arrival home and while anxiously waiting for a call or text the message came from Jivi Garrido Buddy's driver and handler for delivering to us. The communication from Jivi was the best and updated us on everything that was happening and we knew Buddy was in good and safe hands. The moment came and Buddy was reunited to his family and we got the opportunity to thank Jivi for her loving nature to pets and her communication skills to keep us calm and informed and reassure that Buddy was fine. we would like to thank Jivi Garrido for the work she does passionately with love and thank dogtainers for the company culture where they employ and inculcate great customer service behaviour second to none. Keep up the good work.”

“We travelled from Australia to Canada and used Dogtainers to transport our daughters support dog. I cannot recommend highly enough. Dogtainers exceeded all our expectations. They made us feel valued and took amazing care of one of our most loved family members. They made an extremely stressful situation into an easy process with lots of support. “We imported our 5 year Labrador from the UK to Sydney this year, we spoke to a few U.K. Pet Transport companies and ended up going direct to Dogtainers, who appoint a trusted partner in the U.K. And who took care of everything before we left. The amazing part of the move to Sydney was all the emails and photos of the our lab "lady" who looked like she was having a great time. Dogtainers dropped here of at quarantine in Melbourne then after 10 days flow her up to Sydney and at 4pm as promised the team in Sydney had delivered. Not before we we got even more photos of Lady in the Sydney office waiting in there air condistioned office before being driven to our home. If you need a pet shipper there's guys are the BEST, thanks to all the teams at Dogtainers from the UK to Melbourne and Sydney a job well done.”
