“The best thing about dollar tree is that everything is the same price, $1.25. Sometimes I pass by to get small things such as stationary, hand soaps, and sometimes even toys for my dog. It's great how they have such a wide selection of things from stationary to pet supplies.”
“My first order was fine, received what I ordered with the exception of a case of wreath forms. When I questioned the manager about it, he had no idea. He finally called me back and said they were on back order and they would be in 6/2/22. On 3/2/22 I get an email they were at the store. I go to pick them up, there were 20 in the box, I ordered 36. They were terrible quality, all the wreath forms had metal sticking out of the bottom. The manager was not very nice nor helpful. It seemed like they send their garbage out in their online orders. Meanwhile the manager is telling me they must be out of stock and he’s got a stack of them on his shelf. I teach craft classes and spend a lot of money in this store. This is not the way you keep loyal customers. To top it off after I refused the 20 out of 36 substandard forms, they sent me a bill online that I need to pay my invoice. Get it together Dollar Tree!!”
