The driver was waiting for our group of 5 (age range 4 to 72) outside the airport with our name on a sign in large letters. Within 5 mins we were on our way to our hotel. The driver was knowledgeable of the area and answered any questions. The driver spoke English. The van was clean and almost new.
We contacted the company for the return trip from the hotel the day before our departure, and the driver was there 15 mins early. We had a a good trip back to the airport, and was delivered to the correct terminal location.
We are thinking of returning to Punta Cana next year and will most definitely use Dominican Transfers in the future.”
