“As a full time wheelchair user, your cinema is inaccessible to me. This is discriminatory and totally unacceptable”

“Paid £46 for vouchers that included recliner seats. Never got the seats stuck at the side and staff quite unwilling to provide what we had paid for. So not right and a contract not honoured.”
