“After a week of wearing the classes the right arm started to wiggle. Quite dissatisfying and disappointing. I would like to have a replacement for a better one”
“I ordered my sunglasses in early March believing, according to the estimated shipping time, that they would arrive to me in San Francisco in time for my vacation on March 17th. They were supposed to be delivered by March 16th. So I didn't think much of it as I get there can be complications and I assumed they would arrive while I was away for that one week vacation previously mentioned. When I returned the following wee, still no sunglasses. The tracking said it was somewhere nearby at a facility in Central CA. Today I check on the status and my order is in a processing center somewhere in Georgia and supposedly on their way to me back in CA. They are now close to 3 weeks overdue with no arrival date in sight. Very dissapointed and why I will probably nevere again order something from Instagram add again and why I will probably never order from Donahugh again. Sure an order can be late, but I have received no explanation or followup from the company regarding this order. Very dissapointed by the experience. It's a shame that in this day and age such shoddy dealings with customers still exist with certain companies. So I wait, I just hope the glasses are of quality when they actually do arrive. Bad job guys, and don't blame UPS”
