“I payed off my account on the 7th of May 2024 then called Donna Claire on the 9th and a consultant assisted me and said she will send off the documents and everything to cancellations, I should receive a mail confirming my account closure on after a week. Then randomly on the 15th of May they call me to ask when am I paying them their money for the subscribtions, which I was never aware of! And very confused why they didn’t tell me when I was closing my account. Now the calling me, threading me rudely so that I must pay them for the past to months or they will take me to the lawyers! The fault is with them and the consultant that never sent off my documents to the cancellations department!!! I’m so sick and tired, I closed my account cause I am a pensioner and I do not earn money anymore.

“I love the concept of Donna Clair (making clothes for bigger women) but unfortunately the clothes are extremely out dated. From looking at the clothes I can tell that the target market is mainly for women 40 years of age and older. You wont find trendy and in-fashion clothing there especially if you’re under the age of 30. Donna Claire’s sales will probably increase drastically if they provided clothing for younger women as well.”
“The staff at the Clearwater branch are such a ray of sunshine and always willing to assist in any way possible. I had difficulty ordering online, payment option that I selected didn't work out. I went in store instead and what a great decision it turned out to be. All the items I purchased were a perfect fit and great value for money.”
“Service is terrible. There are often more clerks than customers in East Rand Mall branch and they never offer to help but always use an assistants name when checking out. Clothes are expensive comparatively.”
