“Bought a gaming chair for the 2022 Xmas present and opened it to find arm broken.
I have sent 4 emails and now emails are being returned due to their inbox being full.

I have contacted Which they have produced an email/letter which im sending by post to their head registered office home?? they have 14 days from receipt to reply and I will update my post today is 21 Jan 2023”

“Ordered a gaming chair and paid for 2/3 days shipping, after those days I sent email saying I still hadn’t received anything.
Received an email back on the same day and they told me there had been a problem with Inventory and the chair isn’t actually in stock.
Got told I had the option to have a gold and black chair or a refund!
Opted for the refund and haven’t heard from them since, my emails are getting ignored and It’s been 3 weeks now.
Scamming company do not buy from here! If you’ve had the same/similar problem I’d suggest opening a dispute with your bank/card issuer and they will report the company for fraud and hopefully get you your money back!

“Chair I got has had several faults the entire time ontop of being ridiculously rickety. Welding on the base completely snapped leaving the chair at an angle. have emailed several times about the issue and heard nothing back. Concluded all the reviews that were on the website when i bought the chair were obviously faked.”
“One star is too much! Sent an item which I paid over £100 for for a gaming chair which has the foot rest which doesn’t fit the chair. I emailed and they said ‘we updated the chair as they kept breaking’ with no resolution. So now I have a chair and a foot rest that don’t go together! I clearly didn’t get two versions the same. After emailing twice I still have no answer! It was also received in a broken box and screws missing! They did send out new screws but it was missing the the tool to put it together still. The material of the chair is shoddy, cheap and it feels flimsy! This matter has been taken to trading standards as they’ve sold me a chair that doesn’t match the description (footrest is completely different and doesn’t fit) and it’s not fit for purpose! Websites like this need closing down as I see they are doing the same to more than just myself! Cowboys! Shame it’s come at the expense of my sons Birthday! Shame on you guys!!”

“Placed an order on 11 December for 2 items for my partner Christmas present. On the 20 December I emailed asking when it would arrive and received an automated reply. Needless to say it didn't arrive before Christmas. I emailed again on the 27 December asking when it was going to arrive. I again received an automated reply. On 30 December I asked for a refund. I actually got a text message saying they would refund my money. No apology or explanation. I will wait an see if I get a refund”

Utter disgrace. Ordered a gaming chair for my nephew for Xmas - received quickly, but in a box that had clearly been opened before & resealed - holes & damage over box with casters visible.
Chair was just as bad - shocking condition - cheap & poorly made.
Followed instructions to request return - what an ordeal, their online contact form doesn’t work, the phone number goes straight to voicemail & never returns call & so forced to email - which takes weeks to reply. Eventually was told I had to pay for (I quote) ‘the cheapest tracked courier return’ & they’d reimburse - when I asked what limit they’d pay, they didn’t reply I t after I’d sent the chair back & said £7-£10 - for a gaming chair in a 16kg box… joke!!!! It cost £23 to return & was received by them nearly 3 weeks ago… I’ve emailed & called to leave voicemails almost everyday & not a single reply & still no money back.
I need to replace this gift for Xmas so currently significantly out of pocket & enraged at the service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! 😡😡😡”

“I ordered a pet gate, I used this company as they claimed to have fast delivery & I have a new puppy trying to chew everything! After a week I still hadn’t received the item so I emailed them to be told it must be a Royal mail problem. They told me to wait 7 working days then contact them again (it was 6 working days at this point) I emailed the next day, as instructed, and got no response. I waited 48 hrs for a response (as instructed) but still nothing so emailed again. This time my money was refunded but no response or explanation. Rubbish service and dreadful communication. Would not use again.”
“We bought a gaming chair for our sons 10th birthday in July. On arrival the metal was all rusty, I contacted Doohickey Hut and received instructions on how to clean the metal together with a £25 refund. Today, 5 weeks later, the entire left arm of the chair has snapped off, rendering it useless! I've emailed to make a complaint, here's hoping they reply. Very poor quality.”
