“Doors are of excellent quality, reasonable price , the only down side was the delivery there’s was only one person delivering the doors which weigh 33kg per door with no fork lift the poor man had to climb up the side of the lorry and get one door find somewhere to put it lower so he could get it of the side of the lorry, I didn’t think this was health & safety”

Thank you for the review. There are very odd occasions where this may happen, but the couriers we work with are there to deliver your door and this is what they do for a living. So although this may look very awkward for the bystander, these guys are used to doing this and a very proficient at it. But we have taken your comments on board for our next review of our delivery partners welfare meeting. Thank you

“Ability to visit a local showroom to compare an impressive range of doors and furniture made DOD an easy choice. Their website is easy to follow with an open price structure. Door quality and customer support from the showroom team made selection process easy as well as competitive pricing- well done Why would anyone buy from other suppliers such as Howdens?!”

“Alan at Doors of distinction was a huge help with our order of 8 doors. He guided us with getting everything correct for submitting the order. A huge display of doors made choosing much easier as we could see each door we were interested in. They are hopefully being installed on 18th so I can’t provide a photo atm.”

“Excellent quality with even my carpenter commented on. Really friendly and helpful staff who actually knew their products and was able to recommend handles and finishes. I had a faulty lock but when contacted they arranged for a replacement to be dispatched next day with no fuss. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.”
