Avoid this company uncomfortable poor quality very expensive I have taken the topper off my bed it was so bad. Got no where after months trying to complain no refund utter rubbish !

Delivered a faulty mattress and refuse point blank to collect it or refund. Reported it as faulty within a day of receiving but they claim their policy is not to collect and refund if it has been opened. Not sure how anyone would find out it is faulty without unboxing and removing from the Vacuum packing. Called 6-7 times and actually been lied to. Finally got hold of someone who told me the truth that they would not accept a return

The straps do not keep the mattress in place...Sleeping miserable..No improvement of my back pain it worsen. Body weight is a problem.(.189# man) mattress did not support the weight. Sagging increased from side to side,danger of falling off.
The product does not justified the price and the quality you advertise is false. Question, Is the Dr. mention on your advertisement aware of the negative comments they out number the positive. So what are your plans to return the refund to the customers?
