“They are not allowing bad (caution) feedback on their website about products and how they can act on a dog. This is a very non-professional thing and people should know it. Not every product is good for every dog!”
“Paid £80 for some herbal tablets for my pug after exhausting all other medication , soon after taking my dog became much more irritated and scratching increased massively, I contacted customer services who were annoyingly unhelpfully and refused a refund . maybe this product works for some dogs but mine it definitely caused alot more problems”
