“Never could figure it out. Answered multiple questions during several free trials. Never saw how to take a test never gone any CME for my effort basically wasted several hours answering questions without ever getting any credit. When I contacted customer support about my issues the answers were pathetic. They basically told me it was my fault. I don’t need this in my life. I canceled my subscription.”
“Follow up is terrible. Nowhere to pay on the website - was emialed a link that seems to not work. I put in my credi card details and I am not sure payemnt went through or not. The credits have not been opened up on my account. What kind of business are you running here?”
“I signed up and paid for the service about a week ago and haven't received any questions. I received the first introductory email that requested I check spam for the questions yet nothing was there. I received the follow up email to review the service but no questions. I submitted a contact request and hope I hear back otherwise I need a refund.”
