They told me that's too bad, and did NOT let me cancel it, and then did NOT refund me ANYTHING.

Since they were not real roses, they are eligible for return however despite paying extra for the insurance its impossible to get a refund.

guess what happened ~ I never received it!!! The representative refused to help me and she suggested I called USPS/ mailing company to check on the status of my package and that I would need to discuss with them for a refund ( what a joke, I bought from dose of roses not USPS LOL ) anyways if you have already made the mistake of purchasing from this company please go to your bank and place a stop payment IMMEDIATELY.

I bought 2 items by mistake. I wanted to return 1. However, I have been trying to be in contact with them for the past month. Emailed them, called them, and messaged them on social media. No response from any of them. I finally get a response on Facebook but they have been leaving me on seen and ignoring me. This company is a total scam. You won't be able to get any refund for any issues. Don't bother buying this from this company.

Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a "full refund" of the extra "premium" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the "gift" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day.

Get an email on the 10th stating my order was cancelled and refunded.

IF THEY DO OFFER YOU ANY TYPE OF "REFUND" IT IS IN THE FORM OR STORE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH IT DOES NOT SAY THAT IS HOW THEY REFUND ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE.

11 after logging onto my account on dose of roses website I noticed they cancelled my order which I did not request ( I am assuming the "gift card" was a credit for my cancelled order) I tried contacting customer support to request more info in regards to why my order was canceled and request a refund back to the card I used to pay for when placing my order on Feb 9th.

Got Valentine’s Day flowers a month later and they don’t answer any emails or dm. No phone number to call either. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. They still charged me and won’t give me a refund.

A week later after Valentine's day I sent another email expressing my disappointment as well as requesting a full refund, and still I hadn't received a response, not a solution to the problem, not a concerning message, not even an apology.
