You will be making a major mistake if you use these guys.
Pls look for a word beyond terrible service then you have service is very appalling.
If you make the mistake of use them to receive your delivery the chances of receiving your item is 1% out of 100%. Sometime it is safe to assume their staff collude with people that steal parcels.

Sat waiting for delivery of a mobile phone .
After it was two hours late I contacted customer service.
They apologised and said it would be another one half hours.
After another three hours contacted customer service again and you get lip service and lies to get rid of you.
Seven hours late unable to use email link to customer service to complain again! truly terrible service matching thier reputation

After getting the sending company to redirect the delivery to my home address, much of the same - told 3 days in row that they would deliver, then finally I’m told it’s ’out for delivery’, and get a message and photo claiming it had been delivered and signed for by me.

Hopeless. Don’t wast your money or time. Royal Mail hands down if you can be bothered. The customer care blatantly lie about what’s not happening usually covering for a Driver who got bored and turned around before reaching the final destinations three days running. And then the head office wanted to charge me extra to get my delivery sorted the next day. Obvs you can imagine my reply.

Still waiting for my delivery to turn up. The delivery driver took a picture of a porch where he dropped it off . It wasn’t mine . I contacted them and now they’re just ignoring my e mails. Awful service.
