“The worst company ever ! The drivers don't even care to ring the door bell! They just give a very quick knocking on the door and they disappear ! I was at the second floor of my house and I didn't even have the time to go downstairs! We cannot even go to the toilet ffs when we are waiting a parcel from them ! They disappear in seconds ! What if someone has a serious health problem and cannot move quickly? You should tell your drivers to show some respect for a change !!!

“An employee(delivery driver) of yours was supposed to bring a parcel to my home today and left it at another address, although I did not tell it to be left at another address.The DPD employee who left the package at the wrong address also took a picture of the package and now the picture has disappeared from your application, only that I have proof of that picture. Since I stayed at home to receive the package and it was not brought to me, I called the DPD Customer Services 2 times today and both ladies lied to me saying that I did not write the correct address, they were referring to the number of the house where I live, but it is not true because my address appears in the DPD online application and I think that they did this because they had no explanation and to protect their colleague who delivered my package to another address.
Terrible experience with DPD Customer Services, you are supposed to solve the issues not try to pretend in order to protect your colleagues.
If wants more evidence, I've recorded the phone calls.”

Stayed at home for a delivery that NEVER came! After the designated ‘1 hour’ slot, received an updated message that delivery wasn’t possible as “the receiver couldn’t provide the PIN number”?!?!? No one even attempted a delivery and I have a Ring doorbell.
Called DPD and it just leaves you on hold. Tried the WeChat and that’s even more USELESS.
Called the sender company who spoke to DPD who assured that the driver would be sent back today. At 1951hrs checked tracking and it stated the item was being held in the local depot!

After emailing they said they will discuss with the partners and after another week they are telling me they will send it back. The most unprofessional company that I ever worked with!!!”

“Short Review: If you believe DPD Local failed in their responsibility and have a case, consider taking it to the County Court for a small claim. Their poor handling of prohibited items and lack of accountability can be challenged legally.
Long Review: Recently, I trusted DPD Local to ship my package, thinking it was a reliable choice. I shipped a coffee machine with honey, not realizing these were "prohibited items." Despite being upfront about the contents, my order wasn't cancelled as per their policy. Instead, they offered me insurance, which I purchased. I packed the items carefully, but upon arrival, it was evident that the package had been mishandled. The coffee machine was broken, and one jar of honey was shattered. After lodging a complaint and exchanging several letters, DPD Local rejected my claim, stating it was my responsibility. They argued that they could not check every order, but by 2024, their system should be able to recognize prohibited items when a client is transparent. They failed during the ordering phase and offered insurance for an item they later refused to cover. Feeling disappointed, I pursued the matter in the County Court and eventually received my money back. If you have had a similar experience, don't hesitate to take legal action against this company. “2 parcels gone missing by Salahadin DPD driver in 2 days. My local post office in Leyton never received parcels from DPD. Investigation and cctv check is ongoing”
“Utterly disgraceful company. Two of us waited in at the allotted time and, ten minutes later, I received a message that the driver had attempted to deliver it but I wasn’t there. This was a lie. The delivery was a dinner service, presumably in several boxes and he didn’t want to deal with it. Fir your own sakes, please use any other company.”
“Had overnight delivery, for AM delivery today. At 11.40am stated parcel as delivered. Geo tag shows address miles away, as delivery address was so16, also no address number delivered to, as just picture of outside of flats, the reciever was stated as Sparrow, which is name of block of flats. This delivery driver lied to company stating delivered, as assume just stated delivered prior to PM To keep his performance stats with company. I have spent all day trying to track with no direct point of contact via any of the dpd site. Simply round & round stating parcel is delivered. This is descusting, the client wants refund on package contents and I have missed a whole day's income trying to sort this issue with no success. I would like DPD to respond so I can progress an compensation reimbursement.

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from DPD. A delivery was scheduled to arrive at my address, but the driver failed to locate it, despite the address being correct and previously used for successful deliveries. I missed the delivery and immediately contacted DPD customer care, providing them with clear instructions to assist in the redelivery.
Despite my efforts and the urgency of the situation, DPD informed me that they could not deliver the parcel, citing an incorrect address. I explained that the address is also known by another name and provided additional details to clarify. However, they still refused to make the delivery, causing significant inconvenience.
I find this lack of service unacceptable, especially considering that the address details, including the postcode, were accurate. DPD's unwillingness to accommodate and resolve the issue, even after I provided clear instructions, has left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.”

I have to say, my experience with your courier service was absolutely dreadful. I paid extra for next day delivery to my work because it was my last day before going abroad. Despite finishing at 7 PM, I still hadn't received my parcel by 20:30. After waiting for 1.5 hours, the delivery history showed that Mandeer decided not to deliver it. Talk about frustrating!
There were no options to change the delivery address or time, no one to speak to, and no way to contact the delivery person directly. This is unacceptable. I needed my purchase delivered the next day, and it never happened.
I would've given your service zero stars if I could. Please address these issues to prevent other customers from facing similar disappointments in the future.”
