The most shocking service amongst delivery companies! Had parcel since 16/12. Left safeplace and neighbours details as knew I'd be out. Driver couldn't be bothered to read the instructions or maybe just couldn't read. Took parcel back to depot and then lost it. Shambles of a company who last year killed 2 horses on my road driving like lunatics. Would never use out of choice
