Absolutely Unacceptable Service – DPD Lost My Parcel and Takes No Responsibility
I dropped off my package at a DPD drop-off point on May 13th, with the delivery scheduled for May 14th. It’s now May 19th, and my parcel has still not been delivered. When I contacted DPD customer service, they told me they are "unable to locate the package" and have to open an investigation, which could take up to 10 working days. That is completely unacceptable. How does a professional courier company just lose a parcel and then offer no immediate accountability or compensation? I trusted DPD to deliver something important, and instead I’m left with vague apologies and a long wait for an investigation. This is not just bad service – it’s irresponsible and unprofessional. I will not be using DPD again and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with valuable items. Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive, and there’s no sense of urgency or respect for the customer’s time or trust. Extremely disappointed
