So yesterday my mother was waiting for DPD to deliver a parcel, we live in an apartment complex and she was waiting for the bell for an hour then got an email "DPD missed you" with a picture outside and the driver couldn't be bothered to ring the bell. Today was the rescheduled delivery day so I was in, the delivery slot was 9:13 am-10:13 am, I waited outside my apartment complex so the driver would have no excuse. The next thing I see at about 10:10 am is the delivery driver pull up to the big car park, I'm out the front for Shatrughan (driver) and he stops then takes his phone out, takes a picture from his van of the complex door then does a u-turn and leaves in matter of 10 seconds. I mean what can I do I'm looking right at his van waiting for him to get out but he just didn't even try, two minutes later and the same email "DPD missed you". Some drivers can be great but it's ones like Shatrughan that can ruin the business reputation.
