My parcel was supposed to arrive in Frankfurt, they kept it in a deposit in another city, I called to see what happens and they told me after 1 week that the adress is wrong. After emailing they said they will discuss with the partners and after another week they are telling me they will send it back. The most unprofessional company that I ever worked with!!!
