After losing my parcel and raising an investigation, DPD forward the claim forms so I could claim my money back.
In the forms I stated all the expenses I had with this parcel:
- receipt for each item present in the busy board
- receipt of busy board itself
- receipt of shipping label
- receipt of box used for shipping item
- receipt of taxes paid to import parcel into destination country.
The total value amounts to 95£. And I just received an email a refund of 50£ had been approved.
Not only this company is incapable of acting accordingly with the Consumer Rights Act, losing parcels and not showing accountability, they are also incapable of properly refunding the client.
Avoid at all costs!!
