Driver tried to deliver to the wrong house yesterday; no way of contacting them other than an automated chat. The delivery initially rearranged for today then they postponed til Tuesday; when I asked the chat app if the driver would deliver to the correct house, I was told they would not guarantee that and they have no capability of adding a note to the delivery order. I mean, what is the point? It's the worst customer service I think I've ever encountered. And this sort of thing happens every single time I have to deal with DPD. Won't use anyone who uses DPD from now on. (My email direct to their socialmedia email address has gone unanswered so far, of course)
