Zero stars. I had a delivery scheduled for Friday, and I was home waiting for it. The courier, Jugraj, took a picture of the front of the court building but didn’t even bother to ring my flat doorbell to make the delivery. Instead, I got a message saying, "Sorry, our driver missed you," even though I was at home! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
