Awful. Have not collected my parcel for delivery and now i will lose a £72 refund on return. If dpd charge me for collection it will mean i have lost another £25. I cannot speak to anyone because they have not issued the correct parcel number needed .They are a disgrace.

Refund cannot be reclaimed as apparently the item is in transit, I went and reclaimed where I left it on the 7th December, today the 9th December.
