Honestly disgraceful service. Waiting in for the driver all week, rebooked labels, was advised I was not at the property but I was here all week! Emergency parcel that needed delivery…lied to by customer service staff telling me different things everytime I called. Never will I use DPD again!

Delivery failed to arrive. Message received saying driver couldn't find address. The driver didn't even try to find our address. I have been by our front door all the time during the delivery slot and no dpd van came by. More frustrating is that there is no way to talk to anyone. Chatbot tells you to talk to customer service, but cannot give you the number. Infuriating
”

Absolutely Unacceptable Service – DPD Lost My Parcel and Takes No Responsibility
I dropped off my package at a DPD drop-off point on May 13th, with the delivery scheduled for May 14th.

Delivery man delivered to the wrong building, could not be contacted and customer service unwilling to help track where my package went in the end. They took a picture of the delivered parcel in front of the wrong door of a completely different building. How is this company allowed to exist with such horrible service! Disgusted!

Very disappointed, I would have not chosen this delivery service but the place I ordered from chose them. Assured next day delivery, cleared the day to make sure no issues with delivery but appears that driver delivered to wrong address. (Not at all my fault) And then DPD Local cannot do something about it. (Then I have to be on the receiving end of the inconvenience) Very unacceptable and a very UNRELIABLE service.
