You will be making a major mistake if you use these guys.
Pls look for a word beyond terrible service then you have service is very appalling.
If you make the mistake of use them to receive your delivery the chances of receiving your item is 1% out of 100%. Sometime it is safe to assume their staff collude with people that steal parcels.

I have already said I will make sure when buying anything again that DPD are not the delivery courier, if so I would never buy anything that was using DPD courier service.

Sat waiting for delivery of a mobile phone .
After it was two hours late I contacted customer service.
They apologised and said it would be another one half hours.
After another three hours contacted customer service again and you get lip service and lies to get rid of you.
Seven hours late unable to use email link to customer service to complain again! truly terrible service matching thier reputation

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Their customer service is appalling, they do not deliver when they say they will and have no interest in rectifying a bad situation of their own making. I would rather not order something if I know DPD are going to be used.

Terribly poor service. Parcel supposedly delivered (and signed for?!) at an address located miles away. Later informed that this was not the case and the parcel hadn't been delivered at all. The order did eventually arrive the follwoing day with a hole in the box and the item inside damaged. Tried uploading photos with this review but the system kept saying the upload failed.

Dreadful service. The courier missed three drop offs and returned twice. Eventually he left the package at the wrong door dispite a large sign to say that it was the wrong place. THe package took a week to arrive intead of over noight

Still waiting for my delivery to turn up. The delivery driver took a picture of a porch where he dropped it off . It wasn’t mine . I contacted them and now they’re just ignoring my e mails. Awful service.
