“Very good service & goods exactly as expected. certainly would use again and recommend. Just one down side that being the delivery, as contary to email saying put through letter box, found package 4 hrs later in garden, hence 4/5 not 5/5. Thanks.”

“Nice Hinges but, came with no screws. How do you hang Hinges with no screws. Pretty poor I thought.”

Unfortunately as we explained in our email, the item you ordered is not supplied with fixings (as there could be many different fixings used depending on application). This is how they are supplied to us from the manufacturer. Once again, we are grateful for your feedback. “DRP were great ordering and delivery was first class The product however was just a little under welding, they were brass look door pull handles the handles are great and what we wanted by why were they not supplied with 6 matching fixing screws each? Some are flat heads others are shorter and domed poor show really but not DPR's fault I guess”

“the spade that I ordered was ok but when the box arrived the box that the spade was in was open at one end, I suppose it's ok being a spade but it got me thinking what if I order something more fragile”

“The website is user-friendly and the Order was handled very efficiently. The product had slight scratches on one part but as the delivery cost of returning goods to DPR is at the customer's expense, I decided to accept it. What really let the service down was Royal Mail's delivery. The item was sent using a '24 hour' service, passed to Royal Mail on Tuesday and delivered on Friday. There was no tracking information on Royal Mail's website while in transit and the automated call from Royal Mail on Friday morning said only that the item would be delivered that day, not when.”

“Purchased a Makita Makpac base trolley. It was delivered with-in the time stated, was slightly cheaper than their competitors. I would buy from DPR again.”
