“Appalling products, 5 out of 7 drains arrived shattered. very poor quality I guess you get what you pay for, in this case not worth a penny.
Following returning the whole order took over two weeks via PayPal dispute to get money back. They were not willing to refund in full immediately and caused unnecessary hassle. Glad I paid by paypal otherwise I would have lost over £300.

I was expecting to receive two 170/192 by 110/125 rubber drainage adaptors.
Drainageshop have sent me two 185/210 * 100/115 adaptors, with the SKU tickets CONVENIENTLY OR IS IT SUSPICIOUSLY removed. I CHASED DRAINAGESHOP TWICE VIA WEBSITE, BOTH TIME I WAS IGNORED. I FEEL DRAINAGESHOP HAVE SIMPLY TRIED TO FOB ME OFF. I CANNOT ACCPET THESE ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND ARE NOT “ADAPTABLE” FOR THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION IN HAVE.
I HAVE ASKED DRAINAGESHOP TO RESPOND ADVISING WHEN I WILL GET THE RIGHT PARTS OR A REFUND OF THE FULL VALUE OF THE GOODS THEY HAVE FAILED TO SUPPLY.
