“Very unprofessional. Wouldn't respond to communication, delaying things and failed to provide information needed to order flowers. She would take days to a week to respond and not answer questions, refusing to talk on the phone. Eventually pulled out of our wedding 5 days before our wedding. Avoid like the plague.”
